EATON TOWN MEETING NOTICES

  • SUPERVISORS OF THE CHECKLIST

    The Supervisors of the Checklist will meet in public session on Tuesday, January 21, 2025 between 7-7:30 pm at the Eaton Town Hall for the purpose of making additions, updates and corrections to the checklist of registered voters.

  • Open Candidate Offices

    The following positions are open for filing at the Town Clerk’s Office during regular business hours at the Town Hall from January 22 through January 31, 2025.

    1 – Selectmen – Term 3 Years 
    1 – Trustee of the Trust Funds – Term 3 Years 
    1 – Supervisor of Checklist – Term 3 Years 


    1 – School Moderator – Term 1 Year 
    1 – School Board Member – Term 3 Years 
    1 – School Clerk – Term 1 Year 
    1 – School Treasurer – Term 1 Year 

    The Office of Town Clerk is open on Wednesdays, 8 am to 5 pm and Friday, January 31st, from 3-5 pm for anyone wishing to file.

  • Petitions

    The last day to submit petitions for inclusion on the 2025 Town Warrant is Tuesday, February 4, 2025 no later than 12 noon. The Office of the Selectmen is open Monday through Thursday, 9 am to 3 pm.

  • BUDGET HEARING

    There will be a Public Hearing on the budget on Thursday, February 6, 2025 at 6 pm at the Eaton Town Hall.

  • ABSENTEE BALLOTS/TOWN CLERK HOURS

    Application for absentee ballots can be obtained at the Town Clerk’s Office or by clicking here.

    The Town Clerk’s Office will be open on Monday, March 10, 2025 from 3 to 5 pm to distribute and receive absentee ballots.

  • Town & School Meeting Information

    Polls will be open at the Eaton Town Hall from 11 am to 6 pm on Tuesday, March 11, 2025.

    The School Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 11, 2025 at the Eaton Town Hall.

    The Business Portion of the Town Meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 at the Eaton Town Hall beginning at 6:00 pm.
